Get yourself to Bristol for 1.45pm on October 22nd, as I’ll be discussing Turning a Blog into a Business at the Festival of Female Entrepreneurs. I’m one of four lovely ladies with knowledge (and an opinion!) on this topic sitting on the panel on the Keynote Stage at 1.45. Amongst other things we will be discussing how to keep content fresh and creative, ALL the different ways of monetising a blog (and there are at least six different ways that I want to mention!) and how to commercialise a blog without losing trust and traffic.
Over the day, The Festival of Female Entrepreneurs (FFE), being run by small business network Entreprise Nation (founded by the fabulous Emma Jones MBE) will hear from successful women in their field, including Nicola Horlick, who was once branded ‘superwoman’ by the media for juggling a high powered career in finance with bringing up six children, Alex Depledge, co-founder of revolutionary online cleaner locator platform hassle.com and Julia Eliot Brown – the woman behind Upper Street, the online site that harnesses tech to allow women to design their own shoes.
Make sure you say hello if you see me on the day, and book your tickets here https://www.enterprisenation.com/festival
